* PhD Students must provide proof confirming their status, which
can be sent by replying to the registration confirmation
email you will receive upon completion of the process.
Presenting authors must register by 30 June 2016, otherwise
their paper will not be included in the final programme.

Congress badge
The congress badge should be
worn by all participants at all times during the congress
within the venue as well as during social activities. Only
participants wearing their congress badge will be admitted
to the scientific sessions and to the social events.
Certificate of attendance
In order to reduce the amount of paper used at the EARIE 2016 conference, participants will receive a "Certificate of Attendance" in pdf format upon request only. Requests for these certificates must be made via email to earie2016@mundiconvenius.pt after the conference has finished and before 15 September 2016.
Payment
Payment through PayPal
credit card is due at the time of registration
We accept the following credit cards: AMEX, Eurocard/Mastercard
and VISA
Credit card payments are processed through PayPal but you
do not need a PayPal account.
Please note that the invoice will be issued in accordance
with information provided on your registration form. Special
requests should be made upon registration
A fee of € 20 will be charged for the reissue of invoices

email confirmation

Cancellation and reimbursement policies
In case of cancellation
of participation before 30 June 2016, registration fees will
be refunded deducting a handling fee of € 25 per person.
After this date, there will be no refund whatsoever
Name changes will be charged a fee of € 20 per
registration
Special requests for the processing of the invoice should
kindly be submitted in writing to the Registration
Department. For the reissuing of invoices € 20 will be
charged
All refunds will be made within 1 month after the end of
the event. Bank charges may be deducted
Requests submitted after this period will not be
considered)
